Light chip and dip recipe with cottage cheese, cucumbers, a hint of mayo and spices that give it just the right taste. Serve with potato chips or celery sticks.
- 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
- 2 Cups Cucumber
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Onion Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1 Pkg. Potato Chips
Slice cucumber into quarters lengthwise. Slice each quarter in half. You want eight long pieces of cucumber.
Turn the cucumber and slice across the short side into small bite size pieces.
Put cucumber and cottage cheese in a large bowl.
Add mayo, onion and garlic salt. Mix well.
Put the dip in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with potato chips.
