An appetizer made with chopped cranberries with a hint of sugar, jalapeño and cilantro served over cream cheese with tortilla chips
- 12 oz French Cranberries
- 1 Medium Jalapeño
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
Put the 12 oz. bag of cranberries in a food processor.
Cut up the jalapeño into chunks and put in the food processor with the cranberries.
Push the pulse button until the cranberries are very small.
Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the garlic salt, cumin and sugar.
Put this in the refrigerator overnight.
When you are ready to serve, place the cranberry mixture on the cream cheese with tortilla chips.
