Corned Beef cooked in a slow cooker. It is perfect for Rueben sandwiches or corned beef hash.

Equipment

  • 1 Slow Cooker or a Stock Pot with a Lid

Ingredients
  

  • 3-7 lbs Corned Beef It is packaged in a sealed bag with juices.
  • 8-12 Cups Water
  • 1 Spice Packet

Instructions
 

  • Open the package of corned beef over the sink.
  • Pull out the corn beef and put fat side up in a slow cooker.
  • Drain all the juices from the package in the sink and find the spice packet.
  • Pour water over the corned beef until it is almost covered in water.
  • Sprinkle the spice packet on top.
  • Put the lid on and set temperature at high.
  • Let cook for 7-8 hours.
