Halloween Christmas Mashup Salad starts with a bed of spring greens that is piled with blackberries and mandarin oranges (Halloween colors) and pistachios and dried cranberries (Christmas colors) and sprinkled with snow (Feta).

Halloween Christmas Mashup Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Spring Greens
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1/2 cup Pistachio Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/2 cup Blush Salad Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Spread a bed of spring greens on a large serving dish or make your own bed of greens.
  • Place blackberries on the salad.  I like to cut the blackberries in half or in thirds. 
  • Drain a can of mandarin oranges and place on blackberries.  Put on whole or cut in half.
  • Chop up pistachios into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
  • Spread on dried cranberries.
  • Sprinkle on feta cheese.  Use your fingers to mash up large clumps.
  • Make salad dressing (or buy your favorite) and toss.
