Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies are moist and decadent with a little cocoa and a whole lot of chocolate.

- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Red Food Coloring
- 1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
- 12 Oreos
Preheat oven to 350°
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cream butter and sugars for four minutes in a mixer.
Add eggs one at a time.
Pour in the vanilla and red food coloring. Mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients, 1/2 cup at a time.
Crush Oreos in your hands.
Add white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
Refrigerate dough for 1/2 hour.
Place balls of dough on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
