Watermelon Strawberry Banana Smoothie is so refreshing and a perfect summer evening treat. This smoothie is a perfect way to use bananas and strawberries a little beyond their prime.
This smoothie whips up quickly in a blender and will satisfy any sweet tooth. It feels so healthy since it is made with fruit and a little milk. This is a summer staple in my house. It tastes perfect with the sweet of the watermelon mixed with the strawberries and bananas.

How To Make Watermelon Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1. Cut up a banana into coins. Lay them flat on a small sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer. You can put all the bananas in a plastic bag. I found they turn dark for some reason. Frozen bananas taste the same no matter what color they are, but when they are a nice creamy white, they seem to taste a little more pleasing.
2. Slice the top of the strawberry off and then cut into quarters. Lay the strawberries on a tray. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze over night.
3. You can use fresh or frozen watermelon. It takes a while to get everything blended together when all the fruit is frozen. The smoothie comes together quicker, but is not as thick when you use fresh watermelon.
4. Put the frozen bananas and strawberries in the blender with the watermelon. Add the milk and sugar and blend on high.
